Doors open at 5.00 p.m for dinner at 6.00 p.m.
 
PLEASE NOTE: CASHLESS BAR – CARD ONLY – available before and after the dinner.

Dress Code: Jacket & Tie or Lounge suit. (Regalia is not required.)

Main Meal:
Starter:
A. Parsnip and Chestnut Soup with a garlic oil and sourdough.
B. Baked Chedder & Garlic Portobello Mushrooms with spinach sauce with toasted bread

Main Meal:
A. Lemon and garlic Roast Chicken, roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and gravy.
B. Garlic and Lemon Salmon, parmentier potatoes, green peas, zesty salsa verde.
C. Vegetarian – Nut & Vegetable roast cutlets
D. Vegan – 5 Bean stew & rice

Dessert:
A. Mini Cheese board with grapes, chutney and crackers
B. Winter spiced Apple Crumble with custard

Included is 1/3 rd bottle of wine or still / sparkling water with the meal. Tea and coffee.
