This booking is for 5th March PGO and Festival Launch Dining.

Main Meal:

Starter – Oak Smoked Salmon with beetroot horseradish, caperberries, crispbread

Main Meal – Slow Roasted Chicken Supreme with Gratin dauphinoise, Surrey hills vegetables, thyme jus

Dessert – White Chocolate & Raspberry Cheesecake with Peppermint gel

Vegetarian Meal:

Starter – Heritage Beets Tartare with Goats cheese, walnut granola, citrus dressing

Main Meal – Portobello, tarragon, butternut squash roulade with chive sauce

Dessert – White Chocolate & Raspberry Cheesecake with Peppermint gel

£38.00 pp Cost of the meal does not include drinks which will be available at the pay bar.

A small selection of wines by the bottle will be available to order on the day.
