Dear Brother\Companion,
Meet our Pro Provincial Grand Master, RW Bro David Allan, and senior members of his Executive. We will be voting for the positions of Secretary, Treasurer, and Examiners during the meeting. After dinner, our President will introduce W. Bro Lt Col Tony Williams, Commanding Officer of the Regional Bands (The Royal Corps of Army Music), who will present “The Role and Evolution of British Army Music Over the Last Thirty Years.”

Dinner for this event including wine is £45
Doors open at 5.00 p.m for dinner at 6.00 p.m.
 
PLEASE NOTE: CASHLESS BAR – CARD ONLY – available before and after the dinner.

Dress Code: Jacket & Tie or Lounge suit. (Regalia is not required.)

Please complete the dining form arriving no later than Monday 17th March 2025.

Starter –
Leek & Sweet Potato Soup, peppered crème fraiche and crispy leeks.

Main –
Pan Fried, Corn-fed Chicken, Grilled English asparagus, wild mushroom,
smoked lentils, truffle cream potatoes, sauce jus.

Dessert –
Apple Tarte Tatin Crème Fraiche, butterscotch sauce

Vegetarian options:  Vegetable Wellington, buttered green beans, caramelised chantry
carrots, pan roasted chateau potatoes & tomato basil fondue.

Included is 1/3 rd bottle of wine or still / sparkling water with the meal. Tea and coffee.

Dress Code. Jacket and tie or Lounge suit. Regalia not required.

By Car
If the main car park is full, additional parking is available opposite. Simply drive to the far end of the main car park and exit through the barrier; reception or a steward will provide a code if needed. Car sharing is encouraged, and stewards will be on hand to direct cars or distribute the code. The exit code will also be displayed alongside the seating plan on the day.
